Meet Louie Norwood and Ken Kellermann 

Louie Norwood MIRM 

Louie started his Real Estate career with a major resale company in ’76 where he quickly became their top grossing Sales Agent. In 1980, during the market down-turn resulting from high interest rates, Louie accrued four years of invaluable experience handling hundreds of REOs for Security Pacific Bank. In 1985 he was hired by Centex to work for a start-up division managing sales in Southern CA. After leaving Centex in 1995, Louie assisted with the disposition of two $25 Million Dollar R.E.I.Ts (Real Estate Investment Trusts). After which, he started his own company employing over 280 licensed Real Estate Agents throughout California which continues to thrive. 

Ken Kellermann 

Ken began his career in 1988 as a resale agent. He has held positions as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for two of the Country’s largest public homebuilders. He was instrumental in setting up systems to handle closings exceeding 1500 homes annually. In addition, Ken was an invaluable asset and a contributing member to all aspects of the divisional operations, including land-acquisitions, home options, escrow, financing, sales training and most importantly, marketing.
